Inspired by men and women moving weight to be the best version of themselves. We initially started as three friends who enjoyed competing with each other in CrossFit, which then developed into competitive heavy lifting sessions on a daily basis. This social element generates great energy and brings out the best performance in us as athletes. We look at our brand the same way. We represent those who enjoy Crossfit, Olympic lifting, or power lifting on a daily basis, to those who may be weekend warriors or just starting their fitness journey. We are about doing what brings out the best in people while having fun with friends.
